Our student advisors handle enquiries about your institution and help prospective students choose and apply for your courses. Validated applications are sent to you for approval; you pay an agent commission for each student we refer who subsequently enrols.

Agent Edition is particularly suitable for institutions that rely heavily on their agent network or prefer the low risk, commission based payment model.

For Standard Edition subscribers, Application Tracker provides the tools you need to track and manage the applications we send you, right through to enrolment.

Step each application through the admissions process with a single click: e.g. offer sent, offer accepted, certificate issued, payment received, student enrolled or application cancelled. With Application Tracker, you always know the exact status of every application!

Applications that are not progressing satisfactorily are highlighted; others can be manually flagged for special attention. Students are kept informed by e-mail and through their student account as their application progresses.

Support is provided to help with your obligations under the UK Points Based System, including automatic generation of Certificate of Acceptance for Studies and reports on students who receive a certificate but fail to enrol.

Gives you access to valuable marketing information, showing how your courses and prices are being received around the world. Information is drawn from the quotations and applications recorded in our database.
