How Admissions Manager Works

Admissions Manager uses Intelligent Forms technology to capture enquiries and applications from your own web site.

To set up Admissions Manager, simply add the links we provide to your web site. There are two links: fee calculator and apply online.

Using the fee calculator link, visitors will be able to receive an instant quotation for the course and options of their choice. They can then submit an enquiry, request another quotation or, if they are ready to apply, launch the online application form.

The apply online link launches the application form directly, from which the visitor can select and apply for any course.

Intelligent Forms capture only information that is relevant to both the course and the applicant, making applying easy. Completed applications are presented to you and e-mailed to the applicant as professionally laid out pdf documents, branded with your logo and contact details. To see an example pdf click here.

Application Tracker is accessed via any web browser and lets you search, view and print enquiries and applications. As each application progresses through the admissions process, you advance its status with a single click: offer sent, offer accepted, payment received, certificate issued, student enrolled or application cancelled. That means you always know the status of every application.

Workflow reports highlight any application that is not progressing satisfactorily. Others can be manually flagged for special attention. Marketing Reports tell you how many quotations have been served, how many applications started, abandoned and completed, the number of students enrolled; all broken down by country of origin and course type.

Specific support is provided for the Points Based System (PBS), including the generation of offer letters, Certificates of Acceptance for Study and reports on those students who received a certificate, but failed to enrol.
